Let’s be crystal clear; I am not a 22 year old sitting behind a laptop on a beach in Dubai, shouting at you through Zoom to do a few burpees. Nor am I some guru sitting in a cave stroking my naval and shouting affirmations in the mirror. 

I know the challenges successful men face on a daily basis and it’s my mission to help them become the best version of themselves mentally, physically and emotionally.

 How long is the programme?

The initial coaching period where we make the biggest shifts is set out over an 8 week period, this gives you everything to lay the foundations and kickstart your transformation to becoming an Uncommon Man.

Yes, this is built specifically for busy men. We know how hard it can be when you’re juggling a high-level career, being a loving partner and raising a family - it’s not easy. That’s why we’ve designed the Blueprint to be easily accessible, with your goals becoming incrementally more challenging as you progress.
